Yes. Cancel at any time with no penalty. Your subscription runs until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Premium and Family plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
How does billing work?
We use PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway. Billed monthly or annually in South African rand.
Can I share my subscription?
The Family plan supports up to 8 family profiles under one account. Premium is for a single user.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. We retain it for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it permanently per POPIA requirements.
Does Liv work offline?
Your grocery list works offline. Liv's AI responses require an internet connection.
Which stores does Eliva compare?
Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Checkers, and Woolworths — the four major SA grocery chains.
Is my health data safe?
Health data is stored separately with stricter RLS policies. You control what Liv knows and can delete it at any time.
